After hysterectomy
You’re newly out of hospital, months beyond your check-up, or years into wondering what safe recovery should actually look like.
1:1 consultation · Zoom or phone
A private 45 minute 1:1 personalised consultation with a clear and structured plan.
A private 1:1 consultation with Adele Smyth, a qualified nurse and women's health specialist practitioner, for women who have been diagnosed with a prolapse or have had a hysterectomy.
You had the surgery, you did what you were told to 'fix' your prolapse, went back for the check-up and told you were healed.
And then nothing. No plan for what comes next — even when the exhaustion had not lifted or you still were not sure what your pelvic floor could actually take.
You were discharged, not necessarily recovered. This consultation closes that gap, so you no longer have to work out the rest alone.

Who this is for
Coming from the quiz or starting here? We’ll establish where you actually stand and map the right next step.
You’re newly out of hospital, months beyond your check-up, or years into wondering what safe recovery should actually look like.
You’re managing heaviness, pelvic-floor changes or uncertainty about what your body can safely take.
You’re scared to lift, run, have sex or pick up your grandchild in case it undoes something.
You were told you were healed or fine, yet the exhaustion, symptoms or uncertainty have not lifted.
You’ve heard different things from different people and no longer know what to trust or where to begin.
You want an honest view of where you stand, what deserves attention and whether you need rehabilitation, a referral or supported movement.
The promise
This is not a sales call with a script. It is focused clinical time with someone who has spent a career listening to women who have been dismissed elsewhere.
I’m Adele, a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ clinical experience and a Women’s Health & Pelvic Health Specialist.
I go through your surgical history, what has happened since and what you have already tried. We talk through your pelvic floor day to day, not what a discharge letter assumed.
You’ll be guided, not pushed.
What to expect
Available on Zoom or phone. No generic leaflet and no template — just a focused conversation about your history, your body and the right direction.
We begin with what has brought you here and what you most need to understand by the end of the call.
We go through your surgery, prolapse history, what has happened since and what you have already tried.
We talk honestly about symptoms, your pelvic floor, movement, energy and the things you are avoiding or worried about.
You leave with clear priorities, an outline of the right pathway and an honest referral where another specialist is needed.
What you leave with
Not a cure, a diagnosis or a generic fitness programme. Where Adele can guide you, she will. Where you need a referral, she will tell you that too.
A grounded understanding of your current position — not where a generic leaflet says you should be.
A calm, structured order of action, so you know what matters now and what can wait.
Clarity on whether rehabilitation, supported movement, self-management or a referral is the right next step.
An outline shaped around your body, surgical history and real life — never a generic template.
In their own words
“I've been working with Adele for nearly a year to address chronic back issues and a general lack of oomph following the menopause. I got so much more than I had bargained for. She is brilliant: warm, compassionate, highly skilled, totally focused, non-judgemental, 100% reliable, very funny, and strong as an ox... Adele has changed my mindset about my body and what I'm capable of — and what I deserve. She has also fixed my back pain... She's worth double what she charges...”
“Adele has supported me to rebuild and strengthen my body from the inside out, with a depth of clinical knowledge that is rare to find in the wellness world. Her perspective isn’t limited to just movement; she has an incredible understanding of gut health, nervous system regulation, trauma and female health. Through her focused and thoughtful one-to-ones, my tailored weekly sessions, I really feel like I have taken back control of my body starting with the most important part, my core strength and gut health. I’m starting to feel strong and invincible again.”
